 | chitarra

Language: Italian

Description: "Guitar." This refers a special instrument called a chitarra which shapes pasta into long, rectangular strands. A sheet of pasta is laid across lines of stretched wire, rather like an egg slicer. A rolling pin is then passed over the pasta and the wires achieve the cut.
