Description: A thin pancake similar to crêpes. Pancakes are very popular in Central Europe, often served for breakfast stuffed with a cottage cheese mix and then baked, or perhaps with a fruit filling with soured cream (US: cultured sour cream). They are also traditionally stuffed with apricot jam and then rolled. However a variety of fillings may be used, including savoury ones such as cheese or vegetables and meats.
