Description: Provence is a region of the south of France famous for its ratatouille, bouillabaisse and Niçoise stuffed breads. The wines are many and various but with few very high quality wines. The grapes are predominantly Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet for red while the whites are made from Rolle, Semillon and Clairette.
