Description: Alba is a province and city in southern Piedmont, a region in the extreme north west of Italy, famous for white truffles and the finest red DOC Italian wines, from Barbera, Dolcetto and Nebbiolo grapes. Dishese with 'albese' in the title usually have truffle as a major ingredient. I want move there.
