Description: A starchy sort of moulded pudding, either sweet or savoury. The savoury version is likely to be made with manioc flour cooked in the broth in which beef or fish, which the dish will accompany, are cooked. Bit it is most frequently made with rice and coconut milk, turned out and sliced. Similar to acaçá.
