Description: A mild, dark green, heart-shaped chilli 12 cm (5") long by 6.5 cm (2½ cm long) maturing to red or brown, used for stuffing. It is first grilled and then skinned. They are often mislabelled as pasillas and are slightly milder than Ancho chillis.
