Plural: aguas frescas

Language: Spanish

Description: "Fresh water." Water with crushed ice and pulped fruits, which may also contain cereal grains. The most common are made with orandes and lemons and watermelon, but a very popular one in Mexico is agua de Jamaica. Horchata may also be counted as an agua fresca.
