Description: Aveyron is a department equivalent to Rouergue in Midi-Pyrénées and a river. The whole region of the Ségala ois wooded valleys and streams and was awash with cattle., whilst Requista has the biggest sheep market in France. This is France Profonde, with farms sitting up on ridges overlooking steep slopes and keeping an eyeon their stock. Hard but lovely land.
